This workshop is designed to equip nonprofit organizations, government agencies, schools, and church ministries with the tools to achieve and maintain financial stability in order to carry out their missions in service to their communities. The two days of training provides the essential components of organizing, structuring, and presenting a project for successful grant funding from either public or private sources. It will clarify, simplify, and expedite an administrator’s ability to insure proper program execution and service delivery. In addition, the participants will learn to develop a long term funding plan that will bring in unrestricted funds from new sources. |
